Anju Srivastava

As the HR Manager, Anju works to ensure that our most important asset – our people, are happy and productive in a workplace where everyone works to realize the organization goals and objectives. Her role in CREA is to plan, direct, coordinate and oversee important functions like recruitment, induction, onboarding and performance management. As well as conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes. As HR Manager, her role also demands a successful completion of the annual evaluation process, as well as hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling employees. She enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures. As for the Administrative role, this requires a significant amount of communication and coordination with other staff and departments at CREA. Anju brings to this role a high degree of organized working style, positive leadership traits and effective communication skills.

Anju brings with her almost thirty years of rich and varied work experience, across different geographies and diverse industries. Shortly before joining CREA, she worked at Khabar Lahariya, managing their HR and Administrative functions. Anju also worked at the European Commission for Humanitarian Aid & Civil Protection (ECHO) for several years and almost a decade before that at Action Aid India. In her long professional journey she also gained twelve years of teaching experience. The most fulfilling and enriching experience so far for her was, teaching Psychology to class XII students from a tribal belt in the remote far east corner of India.
