Nabeela Rizvi

Nabeela works as an Associate at CREA. She is a part of the Communications team and is closely involved in working on the community radio project in collaboration with Jamia Millia Islamia. She works on designing, writing and disseminating content on the radio program that aims to enable conversations on the empowerment of women. She also creates and edits videos and films for ongoing programmatic projects at CREA.

Nabeela is a graduate of St. Stephen’s college and did her Masters in Mass Communication from MCRC, Jamia Millia Islamia, with a specialization in screenwriting and digital media arts. She has previously worked on a project around Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for people with disabilities. She also worked on archiving video footage of the painter and philanthropist, Haku Shah. Apart from this, Nabeela has been associated with non-profits that work on the upliftment of women and artisans from marginalized communities.
