reconference offers you a space to critically engage with the challenges that face us today with art, music, theatre, design, literature, and much more. See movements in action, learn from scholars, and get a chance to meet feminist activists from across the world.

Every question is MANDATORY, except when marked OPTIONAL.

(*CREA uses the term ‘structurally excluded’ to draw attention to the ways in which societal architecture prevents certain people from enjoying the full spectrum of rights and from meaningfully and effectively participating in their communities and decision-making spaces)
Are you affiliated with any organization, collective, network or movement?(Required)

Choose your conference registration category:

To attend reconference, you must choose a registration category and an accommodation category.
The conference registration fee includes access to all events, three days of lunches, teas and coffees, dinners and the closing party.(Required)

Choose your accommodation package:

All accommodation packages include hotel stay from 7 to 11 December (4 nights), breakfast, dinners on conference days, and taxes. Packages do not include airfare, airport transfers, visa costs, travel insurance, or any other incidentals.(Required)
Category 1 is Soaltee, Kathmandu, the main conference venue. Category 2 hotels are all within a short walking distance from Soaltee (Grand Hotel, Hyatt Centric, and Crowne Imperial, Kathmandu).

Once your application is submitted and reviewed, CREA will send a secure link for paying the registration fee and selected accommodation category.
